I tried searching, surprised there wasnt already a thread.

Who makes the thinnest arca rail out there right now?

Mcmillan has a new one that is about the thinnest ive seen in person; they are out of stock though.

Funny, I was looking for something like this last night. Here is what I came up with but can't find much about them. I'll probably order one and give it a try at some point.

That one looks to be about the same thickness as the mcmillan, seems like a good option. Hopefully, what im going to call a scallop cut in the side, doesnt limit where the tripod head can grab

The Salmon River Solutions rail I have is pretty slim, I'm not sure how you'd go much slimmer and still have it function. I have not seen the MacMillan or Boring, but I can't imagine they are much lower profile.

I have one SRS rail, it might be an older gen but it is about 2 to 3 times thicker than the mcmillan rail I recently saw

I’ve not seen the McMillan. I’ve got a short Henderson rail on a couple of hunting rifles. It’s thinner than the SRS rails I have and feels better when carrying rifle in hand. Though my SRS rails are older as well, so their new stuff may be thinner.

I’d heard of the henderson in the past and was blanking on the name! I remember theirs being a good option

Echelon makes a super thin arca rail. I have several of them. They are available in 5" and 10.5" They are so thin they are shipped with screws with a thin head.

I just picked up a couple of those Henderson Precision hunter rails… They measure .190 on my calipers, thinnest I’ve found so far, also nice rounded edges everywhere.

Those Seekins rails look cool but the orientation and no adjustability back and forth has kept me from buying one.
Only other option I know of that is as narrow is just going back to a low profile picatinny rail. They've really come a long way and can be very comfortable to carry.
