Who makes the best non-kinetic bullet puller?

I have heard the Hornady one is ok and the RCBS one is better, is there a better option?

I am trying to preserve the bullets, and I have damaged a couple of bullets that are not easily available.

RCBS collet style works great.

RCBS works great, had a Forster before that and didn’t work as good

I have both. The Hornady is better and a little faster for me.

Thanks! I will see what I can find in Europe. None of the USA based reloading houses like Midway will ship to an APO.
