Who makes the best belt pouches?

I used tactical tailor 1H pouches on my Kifaru belt for about 5 years. Ever since Kifaru came out with the belt pouches I've switched completely to them.

Medium/large sizes fit many more items than the 1H did. Bonus that they are quick detach. Double bonus that they can be used on the pack itself (and actually be useful).

I really like my Kifaru pouches on my belt, but ever since I received my Exo, I can't believe how easy their belt pouch is to open and close with one hand (zipper is smooooth). The Exo belt pouch is a little smaller than the Kifaru medium, but my phone fits perfectly, and it has an interior pocket so I can separate items, which I really like. I wish Exo made the same pouch in a slightly larger version.

Agree with all above- including wish that EXO made a little bit bigger one.

I have used ( and still use) MR; SG; Kifaru; EXO; and a number of others in past. And to me, can tell that EXO put a lot of thought into their hip belt pockets. All of the above work pretty well, but the EXO ones have worked the best for me so far. It is not perfect- but is best I have used.

And I would buy a slightly bigger one from them also if was a option.

The MR ones are tiny. You can work them 1-handed which is nice....but they only sew them in 1 configuration, so on (1) side they zip forward to open, and the other backwards.

I'm not sure the EXO is pals compatible. Looks like it's the belt thru type. I do think the double zipper is an advantage to get in and out quickly.

I've tried several over the past couple of years and the Kifaru seems to fit the belt better and more secure, zippers are easily operated with one hand, and with multiple sizes available there is always one that works.

Blue Force Gear small utility pouch is my favorite belt pouches. pretty light, easy to mount and just stiff enough to run the zip one-handed. hold a lot of snacks or camera/GPS/bug spray.

As has been already mentioned, the Exo pouches are awesome. I wanted something with a few pockets inside for organization. I picked up an E&E Horizontal pouch from Tactical Tailor. I like it too.
