I started using a Sea to Summit Spark this year. The long version is the widest I have found. I used it down to 10 degrees this winter with only long underwear on and I was plenty warm.

I ended up returning this bag because I hated the zipper on it and it also didn’t feel like it will be very warm. It seems like manufacturers really struggle to offer any mummy sleeping bags that are wide enough for us larger people. I just picked up a western mountaineering sequoia bag that I am thinking about returning because that too is not wide enough for my shoulders. It’s tight enough that I can’t have my arms by my side without causing cold spots by compressing the bag so much. I think for my body type a quilt is probably gonna be the best it will get. I have a UGQ bandit quilt that’s 10° and I really like it a lot. I was just hoping to find something that would keep me a little bit warmer in the late season hunts, but I guess I will use my quilt and bundle up with my puffy pants and jacket.

A custom bag may be your best bet, or a Zenbivy bed system. Cumulus out of Poland does custom bags, as well as PHD designs out of England, but PHD is $$$$.
