Looking to start loading for my 7mm Remington Magnum.

I hunt whitetail and bear inside 300. Maybe a pig if I decide to do a trip. Elk are a super remote possibility but I'd probably work a specific load for an elk.

When I was using my 6mm Rem, I shot the 95gr SST and have been impressed with both accuracy and on game performance.

I know there's a .284 SST

What other options would you consider?

Inside 300 yards the partition is safe for anything in NA

If you want a modern bullet the TA 155 is good 170 if the rifle will stabilize it.

If you want a cheaper really accurate bullet the Nosler BT or an SST, but those SSTs just don’t do it for me on hard angles.

I’m trying the TGKs as I get the opportunity.

160 grain Nosler Accubond for the elk and 160 grain Ballistic Tip for the deer.
There is merit to this but I am more of a fan of the 150 grain ballistic tip for all 7mm cartridges, I'd shoot everything with it and worry more about having a sharp knife. You could probably get away with just the 160 nbt but I haven't used it. I know the 150s thicker jacket and base made it a decent compromise and with the accuracy I've usually been able to achieve its pretty confidence inspiring.
If you like the SST I'd look toward either the 154 or 162.
In my opinion though, inside 300 yards most 7mm projectiles aren't going to disappoint. As long as you stay 150 grains or heavier. I'd be perfectly content with any number of soft points. Speer hotcore or btsp have an advantage of economy, Sierra gamekings and prohunters are usually easy to find a load for and if I didn't mention your favorite hunting bullet it's probably still as good or maybe even better.
I had pretty darn impressive luck, though a smaller sample size and almost all well inside 200 yards, with the 120 TTSX and 145 lrx if lead free is a consideration.
