Cabela's Iron Ridge. I have the 800grams. They make 400 and NI I would stay away from the NI as I've heard they are not the same boot.
Mine are 13 years old and still 100% water proof. I did all my whitetails hunts, all my scouting and all my shed hunting in them. I'm getting rid of them now because the sole is almost completely slick with no tread left.

I like an uninsulated pack boot like the Hoffman outdoorsman or Schnees guide boots. The leather will last forever and is waterproof when treated correctly, and you can send them in to be rebuilt when you do eventually wear out the rubber soles
