Maintenance on my 97 F350 powerstroke with 260k has been starter, alternator brakes and such oh and replaced the mechanical fuel pump haven’t even had to recharge AC yet so can’t think high maintenance cost of diesel really figures in
From what I have seen with that year (ish) and those engines is if you leave them stock they tend to last for freaking ever. Everybody I know that has issues has mods.Since you already have a Tundra I would get rid of that diesel while you can. It's on the cusp of costing you a ton of money.
Keep the other 2 vehicles.
