Which knot to use?

I've decided to ditch the wide straps I've used in the past to affix my trailcam to a tree. Too visible no matter how I try to conceal it. I'm going use 550 paracord instead.

What is the best tensioning knot to secure it around the tree to keep the trailcam tight against the tree. I was thinking a truckers hitch.

Does that knot make sense or any other suggestions? I got the idea from watching this video:

I think you are barking up the right tree with truckers hitch

I use wire, like coat hanger wire.
Actually get mine from the flags they use to mark utilities along road, had a bunch of those left over from a project, so have the weathered 24 inch wires that are perfect for hanging cams.

Truckers hitch will give you 3 to 1 pull and is my go to knot for any thing I need secured.
don't forget to have a camera watching the camera that is watching the camera.
that way if one gets stolen you might get a picture of the thief

I would use this approach--loop on one end and pull through the other and secure with a slippery half hitch--holds well and comes undone with a single tug.
My choice if I was to do it as well....finish the slippery half hitch with an under hand loop of the half hitch to it doesn't loose or work its way out.
