Which head space gauges?

Going to swap my Tikka 22in 223 barrel to a 16 inch factory take off. Was going to get a set of go/no-go gauges. Would I want to use the 223, 223 wyld or 5.56x45? I know its stamped 223 but I mainly shoot 5.56.

Or use 223 go gauge and 5.56 no-go? Not totally sure it matters.

So answering my own question here but maybe will help someone else in the future. Since midway's site couldnt help me figure it out I called Pacific Tool and Gauge and ........

223, 223 wyld, and 5.56 gauges are all the same. 1.4636 for go and 1.4696 for no-go.

When they sell direct its labeled as 223-5.56 but for some suppliers they label all three ways to match barrel markings.
