Which digital scale is accurate?

I use a charge master and can load rounds capable of 1/2moa. I've read that that there could be interference with the fluorescent light ballasts so I use led and keep other electronics away, plug in about an hour before use and check on rcbs 1010 occasionally.

I've been doing some reloading and I'm seeing some inconsistencies between my old RCBS magnetic scale and a brand new RCBS digital scale. I'm not putting a lot of trust in the new scale. I'm sure plenty of people are using digital powder scales these days with great accuracy. Anyone have any suggestions on a digital scale that you can trust to be accurate?
Thanks
“Accurate” can be very subjective with scales. How much accuracy are you looking for?

As someone else stated, comparing 2 scales is useless unless you “know” which one is accurate. Mechanical scales can be off just like electronic ones can.

Buy a quality set of check weights if you want to be sure. Calibrated electronic scales are more precise than mechanical ones (at least ones used for reloading) .1 vs .02 grains for example but really for reloading the additional precision isn’t needed.

We as reloaders tend to overthink a lot of things that make little to no difference on target.

Unless you have a scale that is grossly out of calibration, it’s just not going to show up on target, at least in a typical hunting rifle under hunting conditions.

To answer your question, if you are willing to spend the money the A&D Fx120i is a very good digital scale until you get into really stupid money. I hear the Creedmoore Sports scales is good as well but I have no experience with it.

My RCBS comes with some calibration weights and I calibrate mine every time I turn it on. Keep in mine also that temperature extremes will effect accuracy.
I am a retired aerospace engineer (worked on the Apollo, Space Shuttle, B-2 Stealth Bomber) and am used to calibrating measuring instruments and treating them as a precision tool. Lots of things can effect them like a hard, level surface and sometimes even a magnetic field.
