Whats your favorite headlamp?

I second the sofirn. Only complaint is the weight..its a tad heavy

Lighter than my comparable fenix lamps. I have been using fenix for awhile because they are the only ones to hold up to the moisture exposure (used hard, put away wet) but got a sofrin last year and so far i like it better than my Fenix lamps, the flood setting on the sofrin is quite a bit better, and it’s lived through a good amount of moisture, lots of wearing it in the rain and sitting in a wet pack for a few days, and nothing weird yet

At this point, if it failed tomorrow I’d buy another, it is a really nice lamp, and has the best flood setting with a really broad, even beam and great contrast.

Petzl zipka. I have had these for years. Runs the rechargeable pack or put in AAA. Fits in the side pocket of my bino harness. Very light and versatile.

I use a Black Diamond Storm. It can use a rechargeable pack or AAA batteries. White, green, red & blue lights, lock out feature so it wont accidentally turn on in your pocket, flood and spot light setting and remembers what setting you used last when you turn it back on. Some reviews complain about the circle in the center of the spot light, i see what they are talking about but it doesn’t bother me. I live in Alaska and use it almost everyday in the winter months, it gets a lot of use. Ill get about 4 days out of a single charge, never ran it on just AAA’s. Its done pretty well in the cold temps too, I walk my dogs even when its -30.
