Two nights ago we once again enjoyed a couple of very fine Water Buffalo Top Sirloins.

A little too big for the two of us! But YUMMY!

Last night the leftovers went into a great stir fry.

Also very yummy!
And yeah, quaffed back with a fine Merlot.

Sorry, no pictures. Had bighorn sheep burgers for dinner. Holy crap, they were awesome. Still learning how to cook medium rare to rare.

A Philly-based Seafood (Dungeness crab, prawns, scallops & fresh winter spring) Pasta.
Washed down with a fine Chardonnay.

Was in the mood for a little Comfort Food last night.
So I popped a whole bone-in whitetail shoulder, taters and monster carrots into the clay baker.
2 hours @ 325 C.

Accompanied by a fine Merlot of course. It was melt in your mouth DELICIOUS!
