Smoked a couple chunks of Spring Salmon on the BarBee with the new smoke generator.

The nozzle gets pushed down into the groove for the rotisserie when the lid closes.
Pushes the smoke under the fish (or whatever) when that happens.
Produces a hell of a lot of smoke, but is dial-able to any volume you wish.

Fish turned out excellent.
Combined with corn on the cob, air fried baby taters (with my home-made salsa) and a good Merlot (skipped the white this time around).

I made some "bearbacoa" yesterday. Turned out great. Made some cilantro lime rice to bed it on.

Honey-nut Squash and Water Buffalo Top Sirloins on the BarBee

Served up with mixed veggies & an excellent Shiraz

Oven roasted another spaghetti squash, then used a fork to loosen it's spaghetti:

Made up a wonderful stuffing based on whitetail ground, onions, shrooms, red peppers, spices, pasta sauce and my home-made salsa:

Smothered it in grated cheddar and back into the oven:

Went with a good Shiraz this time. Was a good match.
