Tree saddle (either aero kestrel or tethered mantis)

Climbing sticks

Any thoughts, comments or recommendations on either would be appreciated

After getting busted by a hog on the ground this week I'm thinking of getting in the saddle game myself.

First Lite Puffy pants.
I treated myself to a pair of these early so Id have them for my elk hunt. Used them in the sleep bag on a cold night and glad I had them. I was able to ditch the long johns on the trip too. Id rather put these on over my pants when needed instead of sweating all day because I wore long johns.

Nice add for me.

Dan Infalts climbing sticks (Hunting Beast Gear | Product Page) or lone wolf sticks. Infants sticks have steps on each side unlike lone wolf. Not a huge deal once you get used to it but being at the top of your last stick is much more comfortable to try and hang your stand/platform.

Bigger Tent w/ woodstove. Haven’t had one for a few years, time to get one back.

Compact chairs.

Smaller cal rifle, so I can afford to shoot more

On the wish list are:

- Garmin Fenix 5x plus

- Crux 300WM Suppressor

Now I just have to figure out how to make this happen....

- pellet grill
- shelter with stove
- reloading setup
- range finder
- new bow

Haha, maybe end up with one of them, or two if I DIY.

Nothing for hunting or the outdoors:

I asking the big Christmas elf for luggage for my motorcycle.

Or a hand made carbon steel skillet. I’ll ride to Seattle to pick it up myself if I can. :)

My parents and my in-laws are collaborating to get my lady and I an InReach for Christmas.

I feel really grateful and a little guilty that we have our folks so worried about us that they came up with this idea.

Last birthday they bought me life-flight insurance, haha.
