What would be the best solution to my current issue with my Savage Model 110 Long Range Hunter in 300 WSM?

Thanks everyone for your advice. I just ordered a can of Kroil and a two pack of strap wrenches. Should be here by Friday. Hopefully this will work, it should by many people’s advice. If not I will send it back to Savage and hopefully they will fix it for little to no cost.
I plan on getting a set of Walker game ears, the hearing aid type no matter what.

Tried the Kroil soak and wrenches and nothing happened. I called Savage and they told me to send it back. I will do that next week, possibly along with my A17 that is not functioning properly.
I tried to look for the rifle that I originally wanted in a left hand Tikka T3X either blued or stainless in 300 WSM, but with everyone recommending them and the current shipping issues I can’t find one online.
We will see what happens with Savage first.
