Have several Moultrie Edges as well. Like that they have internal memory, no SD cards. Also dual linkage to Verizon/AT&T, automatically switches to strongest signal. Just wish they offered a lesser minimum plan. I think I am paying $9 per month, don’t come close to the monthly quota. Saving grace is that it is month to month. Only run my cameras a couple of months before the season and during the season. Overall, happy with the images, the app, battery life and camera functionality.

I‘ll throw Cudde back out there. In some cases their mesh system is really hard to beat. You can get cell signal to one cam in an area then link other cams down into spots with no cell signal. I think you can run up to 22 linked cams off of a single cell cam. Only pay one sub fee. I wrote off cuddeback years ago because the cameras were inferior to most others in my opinion, but their mesh/cell system is dang good. I currently run about 15 of these cams year around.
We just discovered the Cuddeback cams.If you saw where we are getting pics from it would blow your mind. That linking thing is amazing.
Up to 24 cameras for $10 a month.

Tactacam - I delete about 250-300 pics a day. I've had them a few years, even asked for a couple more for Xmas.

I was going to try cuddybacks, the cost to get in was high, plus how far they may or may not work depending on terrain, plus having to buy one just to run them all that doesn't do anything. I have to buy 5 cameras to use 4. Hmm, nope.

Moultrie cams worked a few years ago, ohhhhh boiiiieeee, the price to run two cameras was about to do me in for the unlimited data. I went moultrie and stealth cams back then, because the cams were cheaper. I also had a couple stealth cams. The price for these weren't worth it on price for unlimited. The Stealths, just weren't that great anyway.

I did what I do, I ran a spreadsheet for tacacams (a friend had two), my three moultries, and buying a cuddyback system. The cuddybacks actually were the cheapest if I wanted to run 4 cams like I am now, the problem was going to be if I had to add a 5th cam because of terrain. I did a research of cuddebacks online and facebook. It was hit or miss. I knew what my friend's tactacams could do and the picture quality. I went tactacams and am ready to add more. The website is alright for pc or apple (have both) and my phone. It allows for instant, once a day or twice a day sending pics. The pic quality is 16mp for reveal x 2.0, good enough.

Running 8 Moultrie Edge cameras and have had zero issues to date. $8 per month and if you are running multiple cameras they have a plan. Probably one of the best apps.

I also run the edges.

Pros- pretty cheap to buy and the service is also decently cheap. Battery life is great. No sd card. The ones I’ve used have lasted and worked.

Cons- no sd card if something goes wrong oh well. Slow trigger speed at time. Blurry pics at times.

All in all the pics give me good enough idea of what’s there that it’s worth it and I like that if someone steals it they can’t do anything with the cam. They are cheap. I think you can get 2 for 80 bucks right now

Another vote for Tactacam. Tried the Cuddelink system but didn't have a great experience. The cameras took pics but didn't always send them. Didn't notice that until after the season

I have waisted countless dollars on cameras with terrible subscription plans.. any help is welcome!
Tactacam has been reliable for me. don’t do SPYPOINT. I’ve also heard good things about muddy cameras and having great battery life

I’ve had great experiences with all the tactacam reveal line. Good service options and reliable. Don’t buy SPYPOINT. You’ll be kicking yourself. Heard good things about muddy and their battery life

I ordered some Moutrie Edge 2 and a couple spypoint flex. I know they might have issues and what not but I'll use them around my house since you get free 100 pics a month.

Do you use solar charging panels? If so do they work?
I've started using solar on my Tactacams and they are so great. As long as you get a few hours of good sun each day you will be golden. I actually bought some stealth cam panels on a sale for cheap and they plug right in to the Reveals.

I know a lot of people like the moultrie edges but my experience with them was not good. Their customer service was very good though.

Moultrie, if you’re doing 100 pics a month, maybe the subscription works. I deleted 532 pictures from just yesterday this morning before church.

Cuddelink has been my best experience so far. Spypoint sucked. Cuddeback issues seem to be mainly cell reception problems in my area, but the system in general is great overall.
