What time do all you geezers get up in the morning?

To bed 11:30-Midnight, up at 7am...always been a night owl. After covid for a couple of years I was up every morning at 5am for pre-market research (stocks.)

I'd be a zombie if I kept the early hours some of you keep...

4:30 in the Summer and closer to 5:30 in the winter.

I'm up between 3 and 5. I'm 39. I wish there were a social scene where I could make breakfast for a bunch of people at 6, I'm too tired at the end of day for social engagements.

I’m usually up 3:30 AM - 5 AM. Either to go lift or shoot my bow before work

5:00-5:45AM. Make a cup of coffee for the wife and then start exercising

I usually go to bed about 9pm and wake up about 11am.

Most folks sleep much better in cold weather.
