How big will your Public Land Mule Deer buck have to be this season in order to make it on your wall?

For me my biggest thus far is a 165ish net, so if I get a solid 170 Buck this season its going to a taxidermist :)

165" in Wa, 175"+ in Colorado. Might not be so picky in Wa cause my scouting season might be cut short for a few reasons.

im always busy only after elk, this is the first year im making it a priority not to let the season end without taking a mule deer. my goal is a tall tined 3x3....just about any 4x4 unless its just a little basket buck....depending on how the season goes that may get changed but id like to hope i can find a reasonable size 3pt, not expecting anything huge

edit: not throwing up predictions until i get out to check my cameras in about 3 weeks :D

170+ in Washington (160+ if I arrow one in the velvet) and 180+ for Idaho OTC.
If I'm fortunate enough to draw a controlled hunt in either state I'd add 10 inches.

I shot my first mule deer buck last year and he scored 140". That being said, pretty much anything I pull the trigger on I'm putting on the wall!

They ALL make it on the wall, only some are in the shop and some make it into the house. :)

First year I'll be hunting mule deer on public land, so realistically I want a 3x3 or better, I'll know if its a shooter buck when I see it.
