Hey guys, lots of gear and clothing questions from me lately, I promise I'll get spun up soon! I'm rocking the Sitka 90% pants right now for winter shed hunting in the mountains, I wear OR gators over the top with kenetrek mountain extremes, works pretty well, but.....is there a pant that would be well suited for the same amount of hiking with better water shedding capabilities, in afraid of "rain gear" because I will just be soaked in sweat. Thanks in advance!

The Kryptek Dalibor pants worked pretty well for me on beading and shedding water. The kuiu attacks were ok as well, but I hear the guides shed a little better. Out of what I've used the Dalibor's have worked the best.

The guides do shed water fairly well and are my go to pant this time of year while shed hunting. I run them until temps get in the forties and then they get a little to warm for me. As you know shed hunting unlike hunting does not have much idle time👍 They are not waterproof but water resistant and more so than the attacks.

Have you ever used the 90% ? Wondering how they compare, guides pretty light weight?

Never have used 90% and I would call the guides a mid weight pant with the lining they have
