Looking to buy my first ML. I will make in Nevada legal.

What is a the tikka equivalent? I feel like I want something the shoot well but I don't need a full custom epically due to the open site requirement.

Looking for a .45 cal

My vote would be the T/C Encore, but production has been on hiatus and I'm not sure when it will resume.

There are some more modern inline muzzy options in a factory package these days, but the prices are not far off from custom yet.

I went with an Accura. Kind of feel like the easy button for muzzleloader is more about the powder, though (Blackhorn!)

If you're limited to open sights, there are some good threads about that too. Aperture sights work for me, but I needed to replace the rear ramp to get enough elevation travel.

Cva if you want support now. Knight makes a good rifle. T/C could be good if they were to actually make something again. But if you needed a part good luck

Supposedly the first shipment from the new T/C has been sent out. Should start seeing encores on the shelves soon.

I have a T/C Omega I bought 25 years ago. Looking forward to using it this season after many years in the safe… it’s a simple, lightweight, well-built and accurate muzzleloader.
