I like the 634 since I can glass standing when the need arises and though heavy, the VA5 is a sweet head.

LA I run an Swaro sts HD 65mm / neoprene fitted cover spotter with the Promaster carbon fiber tripod with the Suiri VA-5 head. On my RCBS trigger pull scale I am about 7.5 lbs if I recall correctly. This seemed heavy to me
