What is a good day pack?

I may have to try the exo. Kifaru packs sound really well liked, I just can’t seem to find a bag that I like. I guess I could try their frame with the exo 2000 bag. I actually really like the pintler lay out and I will try it a few more times and mess with adjustments on it.

If you aren't getting shoulder lift it's probably not adjusted right. I'm pretty sure the guidelite frame is 25in tall so unless you have an extremely long torso you should be able to get the weight to transfer to your hips.

Are there any really good instructions on how to adjust? I also feel like everything on this pack has to be extremely tight, almost constrictive to work. But again I am completely new to this
