Upgraded from a creedmoor sports scale to a autotrickler v4. Saves a lot of time. I should have bought the a&d with the v4 from the start.

I was just thinking the same thing as I loaded 50rds of 6.5CM last night.... might have to venture down this path. Are you on the fx120i or the new fx123?

Definitely don’t get paid. Just like shooting matches and reloading a bunch. Saw them on Bambu 3d printing app and printed for fun.

I decided to try the powder thrower for bulk 6GT.
Went with the following:
107tmk
Fed GM205M Primers
2.550” COAL

• 40.0gr SB65 (thrown charge 2.68cc):
• 35.0gr Leverevolution (thrown charge 2.31cc):
• 33.0gr Varget:

Will shoot tomorrow after work for groups and chrono data.

Are you using a manual thrower? If so, does it play nice with the Varget?

yes, Lee deluxe manual powder thrower. The Varget was a little crunchy with every sweep of the arm.
The staball and lever were completely frictionless.

TBD how the consistency turns out. It’s gusting 50mph right now, so I’ll go out and shoot tomorrow.

Loaded up some 6.5 Grendel 107 TMKs for a Howa mini, using Sierra’s max bolt gun data. Plenty of room in the Maxwell (shown) for even longer bullets, but the TMK’s boat tail is too long for me to get any further out than I am.

I Shot them in the yard to get an idea of speed, they chrono’d at 2735 FPS avg. from a 16” barrel.
