Gotcha. Not sure how much it actually helps but I do run my brass over an expander during sizing, and use graphite lube before seating. Regardless, if you're getting 1" or less 10 shot groups at 100, and nothing seems wonky when validating at distance, roll on little doggy. It’s all Norma brass that came as loaded factory ammo that I shot in this rifle. So I guess it’s once fired?
The reloading room of my dreams!Prepped 600 pieces of new Alpha 25 CM brass. Can't wait to start shooting this thing.

What is it?After finding a killer load for the first rifle I tried reloading for, I loaded up 100 rounds. Plan to do another 100 or so this weekend
6.5 CreedmoorWhat is it?
Damn, sounds like a sweet rifle. How much does it weigh? Got pics? What did you do with the brass? Just FL size, neck size, turn the necks? How weight consistent is Norma brass?6.5 Creedmoor
Norma brass (once fired)
Federal 210 primer
41.5gr of H4350
140gr ELD-M
2.314” to the ogive
2745 average MV
It’s been shooting incredible for me. All 10 round groups under and inch. And a tight group at 720 yards to start verifying it at distance.
The rifle is kind of cheating. It’s an Accuracy International AT with a Nightforce ATACR 5-25 on it.

It’s super rad… but it’s heavy. Not a hunting rifle by any means. It’s probably close to 20lbs without ammo.Damn, sounds like a sweet rifle. How much does it weigh? Got pics? What did you do with the brass? Just FL size, neck size, turn the necks? How weight consistent is Norma brass?

Your results tell me that you are doing it right, no need to fiddle with the brass. It’s super rad… but it’s heavy. Not a hunting rifle by any means. It’s probably close to 20lbs without ammo.
For the brass, it started out as factory loaded ammo. All I’ve done is the full length sizing die, and then trim to 1.910” per the Hornady book. I don’t have an annealer or anything. But I do deburr the inside/outside of the case and clean the primer pocket good. The weight is fairly consistent I think? I’m new to this and dont have anything to compare it too. But they’re all within 4 or so grains of eachother.

I’ve found those 150 Interlocks to be absolute deer HAMMERS. I shot a doe at about 320 with one and the exit was the size of a softball. Completely lost the off side shoulder. Excellent killing bullet308 bullet experiment for my kids school project! We had a ball with it! The overall winner was hornady 150 interlocks! Barnes 130's had the best penetration! 5 jugs and dented the 6th! 147gr FMJ's were tough to capture! Barnes were so pretty I wanted to make my wife a pair of earrings out of them![]()
