What Cot's are You Using?

I have a couple of older cabelas xxl outiftter cots, pretty sure they are the precursor to the Teton XXL. While incredibly comfortable, they are freaking huge and take up so much space, both when stored and when setup in a tent. I mean, after you have 2-3 cots, pads, and big canvas sleeping bags, it is half the bed of a 8ft bed. With a growing family, and wanting to reduce the footprint taken up in a tent I would like to look into some smaller cots.

What do you guys use that are still comfortable but maybe not the giant 44" wide suckers?

The type that folds out like a lawn chair vs poles on each end typically takes up less room because you don't have the poles protruding out off each corner. I just use one I bought off Amazon and have had no issues. Comfort seems to be more in the pad than the cot. I wouldn't spend extra money on a cot.

Outdoor Empire on youtube did a video demoing about 20 different cots. Shows them how they pack down, how small (or large) they are when packed down, how they assemble, how they look with someone laying on them, how much space they take up once put together, and gives some comments on sturdiness and comfort. Might give you some good ideas. Here is the link if interested.
