Give Exo a heads up for what the issue was. I'm really surprised they didn't catch it from the photos. I only know of one other person an Exo pack hasn't been comfortable for, now I'm wondering if they had the same issue...

Definitely and thanks for the tips on the straps as well I emailed them last night to tell them problem solved .
