What boot that's actually foot shaped now?

Hey guys. Drew a tag in a wilderness area with rough hiking and I need to upgrade boots. The problem is, I need a boot that's actually designed for human feet. I don't have a wide foot in the heel but I need a wide toe box to keep my pinky toes happy. I have some Lems that fit well, but want a more traditional boot, with drop and cushioning, as I can't wear the barefoot style all day.

Do any other makers have mountain boots that are anatomically correct, with standard heels but wider toe boxes now that you can't get new Ancash boots?

Again I don't have wide feet, they're just foot shaped. Simply being wide results in a boot that might or might not fit in the toe but it's too wide everywhere else.

I do have very high arches/instep and have to use orthotics or I will be in heavy pain before too long, so I have to be able to fit a stiff orthotic.

Man boot fit is so tough. I have plantar fasciitis something fierce and have fought it for years. I prefer a boot the same with wide toe box and narrower heel. I have owned a ton of boots including Crispi, Kennetrek, Hoffman, Lowa, Salomon, Lowa, Danner and HanWag. For me Lowa Tibets and the HanWag boots have fit the best and far outlasted anything else I have owned. The Lowa standard size has a wide toe box and narrower heel. The HanWag I would get a wide in whatever size you need as they tend to be narrower in the toe box. Both brands tend to take a good time to really break in but I have had 2 pairs for 5 years and still going strong. unlike Crispi which felt soft right out of the box but I never got more than a year out of a pair of Crispi boots and the only model I liked the fit of was the Birksdal. I use orthodox insoles as well in whatever boot I wear. Good luck in your search

Not that I am aware of. Need some company to finally recognize this niche of the market and make a couple models to fill it!

Jim Greens are worth a look. Barefoot versions will take some getting used to if you're new to that concept.

Topo athletic has that last, and they’ve come out height a boot, topo trailventure. I don’t have them and can’t speak to them other than the last.
