What all do you do for hunting preparation?

I already lift and run five days a week. Is there anything else I should be doing to prepare me for hard hunts I'm looking to put in for draws?

Personally, I think around 35-40 lbs is a good weight for consistent rucking. Throw in some heavier days occasionally, but be careful not to overdo it. Stretching is important, too.
