Trying to pick out some western Washington archery elk spots. I’ve landed on one of the national forests as to where I want to go but I probably have 3 dozen different spots that some are literally hours away from each other. I’m going to get some boots on the ground and hopefully get to at 8 or 10 of these hikes nocked out this offseason. I’ve got 3 different types of habitats. All of them have roughly the same harvest statistics. Which one would you prioritize first?

The perimeters of a massive burn. Meadows are around but they are small and few and far between. Pretty steep country. I’ve personally seen elk sign in here. 3pt or more unit.

The rolling timber country, some driveable roads, adjacent to some non driveable spots. There’s been some active logging. But lots of clear cuts and deadfall. Haven’t seen elk or elk sign in here but have read on forums of some hiking trails nearby that hold a lot of elk sign in a deep alder creek bottom. Antlerless and 3pt or more.

Thick timber country with several massive meadows and some adjacent smaller meadows. Far less steep than the other two. But still not super flat. I have buddies who their annual elk camp is here. I think it gets a lot of pressure. 3 pt or more.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
