Western Oregon gunsmith needed for a chop/thread

Looking for someone preferably in western Oregon for a tikka chop job. Any suggestions? It’s on a factory barrel.
I know I can send it off but trying to not deal with that if I don’t have too. If I do it will probably be to kampfields.
