I was looking in greenbriar , lewisburg , gap mills

We live within a few miles of Lewisburg. We shop there, buy groceries there, my side job is there. It's a solid little town, if you want a little town.

I'm in WV on the Ohio river, Mason County.
Pluses:
No tax on firearms or ammo
Const. carry
Taxes are coming down. Rebates on personal property tax - (vehicles) makes no sense, you get the money you paid for the tax back at tax time.

Lots of open land, hunting and fishing is pretty good. Might have a huntable elk herd in 20 years.

Negatives - jobs, everything is tied pretty much to coal. And that is dying off. With the obvious effect of people leaving the state.
