Weight training programs

Check out wendlers 5/3/1. I’ve used the core foundations of that program for maintaining foundational strength. I add heavy packing and other accessory work for the mountains.

The core of the training revolves around the squat, deadlift, bench, and press.

Layne Nortans workout builder. It's pretty slick. You can select how many days a week you can commit to training. I usually do four then if I can I'll do an active recovery day of moderate cardio. During hunting season I'll back it down to three days. Or winter I'll do five.

Then that'll filter out a big list of programs.

I've been using it for a year and a half. My strength has gotten so much better. Ha part of that is the SARMs to be fair. But even before the sarms I was doing really good. The sarms just helped pushed past my plateaus.

Most complete, well rounded, well designed, and highly effective:
Soflete.

Most effective with the least time and equipment:
Strongfirst/Pavel kettlebell programs.

The Mountain Tactical stuff has been good too, but more hit or miss on if it’s stuff that I feel is most effective or most efficient. Their leg blasters did have a good carryover for mountain related fitness for me.

You're making these claims based on what?

To clarify my statement,
Most effective, complete, etc, of what I have personally done long term, observing results that are purely my own sample size of one.

A better statement would have been:
The best shape I’ve ever been in has been while I was doing Soflete consistently.

Did not mean most effective/best/etc. for all people everywhere compared to all programs that ever existed. But I see I did make a pretty blanket statement there that could be interpreted that way. I normally hate when people speak in hyperbole like that, but I went and did it myself too.
