Hello all,
After weeks of dealing with Silencer Central, I think it’s time I make sure folks considering them for a suppressor should be warned.
I went through the steps to get my Banish Gold 30 and once approved, received my unit. Unfortunately, no brakes were included which are required to use for attachment.
Called the company to be told they were back ordered. When I asked why they would just send a partial order, I was basically blown off.
I have since then sat on a useless $1,200 chunk of metal with zero resolution. I have called multiple times and each time given the same song and dance and guarantees that never materialize.
This will soon be going to a lawsuit to recover all of my funding unless they make this good.
Unfortunately, I hadn’t read the reviews which make it clear that this is an ongoing problem with this company. I was taken in by the hype of how easy they are to work with and all the benefits of dealing with them.
I can tell you that I personally would never consider them again for a purchase.
If you are considering their products, do yourself a favor and go through the reviews carefully. This is an ongoing issue and one they simply don’t consider to be worth addressing.
My suppressor took over six months to fulfill. There is simply no excuse for not having the brakes set aside that I had paid for in advance to be sent with my purchase.
