A good pad for your cot, pillow and sleeping bag rated for the cold. Plenty of water. One item I made from a weed sprayer is a camp shower, can sure feel good after a couple of days.

I second a good pad. I purchased one off of amazon and it's about 3 in. thick and has internal springs to keep the pad solid. I can blow it up on my own without issues, and it's probably one of the best nights sleep I've had camping in a long time. I also have one of those tents that you just pop up with the walls, so you're not having to put steaks together or anything like that, it's literally a 30 second camp set up.
