WA house passed bill that requires a permit prior to firearm purchase

I'm sorry that you and the hunters in your state have to keep fighting this constitutional right! Wish I could lend my voice to help out

We can. We can donate money to pro 2A candidate's campaigns in other states.

I have and do. I also let my blue "representatives" know that I contributed to another candidate in another state instead of them.

They've got to much out of state money to help fund that lawsuit to bankrupt them. We need to start growing massive oak trees in town Squares, that would solve issues.

Those large donations won't help them win a lawsuit against a clearly illegal action.

The problem with blue legislators is they don't understand the 9th and 10th Amendments of The Bill of Rights.

But, they will help drag it out as long as possible all the while folks still lose their rights. I doubt it'll be declared unconstitutional right away. It's the west coast, they'll fight it until they're forced to give up. But a few years later they'll try it again.

Higher courts than measly state courts have already made rulings against "legislation" such as this.

The so-called "governor" of NM tried to unilaterally suspend certain 2A Rights not too long ago. The State AG and a Federal judge both pumped the breaks on it.

It doesn’t take much when something is a blatant violation for someone to say pause.

I suggest supporting the authors or at least not fighting it. If it passes you can have actual damages and make some $$$ on this bs.
