I'm not sure as to the legality of it, but I know of quite a few people with them.

Works great and "those people" get just about everything available on TV.

I’ve had one since July absolutely love it especially for sports and all live tv. Well worth the money

I have couple of them, few quirks occasionally but it’s nice getting everything and no monthly bill.
Eaglecast is similar but it’s a monthly or annual fee, $120 yr, and get everything. Nothing to buy just download an app on a fire stick.

Bad part on both of them is you can’t pause live tv.

I bought a SuperBox two years ago to watch college wrestling on Big 10 network, which is impossible to get out West.

Works.

No longer sold on Amazon I don't believe.

Asks for "Update"? often...which I am terrified of.

Spent $100s of dollars in a bar eating wings and beers to watch wrestling. Paid for itself.

Ive used maybe 10% of its capabilities.

Yup, got one for Xmas. So far, so good.

Issue is id have to buy one for every TV. But working on that over the next few months. Its been a no brainer.

Have had one since last sept. works great. I was warned not to use the extra apps like youtube, but the live tv and movie apps work great. One complaint is you almost have to have a movie in mind to watch because with like 14,000 movies even with the filters, theres a lot of searching.
its funny because new releases often pop up, but when you go to watch, they may be in a different language, or sometimes it looks like someone is holding a video camera in the theater.
One app has hi-def movies as soon as it's streamed on any other platform, like hulu or Disney, so we usually waits until it hits that app.
With so many movies, there is also some crossover where a titled and described movie is different than the movie you want to watch, so if you search a common name, i.e. Bad Boys, you get Bad Boys the western from 1972.
