Anyone use one of these for bow hunting rather than binos? Tying to decide on what size - 10x25 or 10x36. None of the stores around me have them in stock for me to check out in person. I like the idea of the compact 10x25 fitting in my pocket for less bulk, but the slightly bigger 10x36 would gather more light for judging bucks in the first/last hours. Anyone recommend one size over the other for this application?

I compared the 10x36 vs the DB Hd 8x32 when I was at Cabela's recently. The monocular is not really great for focusing I would say it is hard and I was in the store with no gloves on, the knob I feel is not in a very ergonomic place but this may not matter if you can just set it and forget it. I would say if you can fit the 8x32s in your kit or pocket you would be better served. Besides that the 8x32s were brighter (I know 8s vs 10s) and clarity was better. I think the glass in the monocular is just not as good, but I do not think they say which line it is from. I did set the diopter on the 8x32s in the store so I did try it with each eye closed if that helps. I know they make a 10x32 so if you need 10 I would try that route.

Just my 2 cents, hope it helps some.
