Used optics is where vortex excels, you can send whatever in or ask for whatever eyecups. Straps, ect. And they are at your door in a few days. Literally found a beat to hell pair while elk hunting a few years ago and sent them in and got a brand new pair back, they were diamondbacks, but that was pretty slick

I did actually, I wish I had a picture of them, they were trashed, maybe chewed on too. I was 2 miles back in a nasty drainage and it literally looked like someone quit hunting back there. Found the binos a ripped up coat, and a Mountain Dew can which is what caught my eye haha

The thought crossed my mind, I looked around for a bit worried that I might turn up a skull … I get it though the deadfall back there had me about ready to throw the towel in too and just toss all my gear haha

Dude probably forgot them, remembered when he got to the pickup and just decided to stop by the store on the way home for a new pair over going back for them.

I may or may have not done that on a set of trekking poles.

I own Swaro, Leica and Zeiss.…..I can afford any glass I want…..and I just bought a set of Vortex UHDs after comparing those to others.

Yeah I left my backpacking stove and some Walker hearing protection ear muffs about 4 miles in after killing a mule deer. Made it all the way back to camp before I realized I left them. Decided it would be easier to order a new set. Hopefully some hunter has found them and put them to good use.
