Vortex binoculars

What makes you decide to send them in for a going over ? And what does vortex do to them once sent in
Mine are not broken but just don’t seem rite with adjusting and focus lately

If something is off, they need to be repaired. Shoot them an email and they'll get you squared away.

thanks ,i have several vortex bio and scopes and this the 1st time i ever had to think about sending anything in .
