As I've posted in this thread before mine are all loose as well. I fixed my post above to avoid confusion.I think loosening could help. As mentioned by Form a few times, he ties his very loosely.

I have the same foot shape as you and struggle with the same issues in all other boots. I keep my vivo boots pretty dang loose.OK i'll try to loosen them more. I had the forefoot pretty loose but the ankle and two upper eyelets somewhat snug (not tight though) to keep my foot from sliding around. I have skinny & bony ankles with a wide forefoot so I often have heel issues with boots.
For those sporting Forest Tracker ESC in the mountains, are y’all using their thermal sole?

I curse youAfter my ankle lace hook pressure with the Forest and subsequent return, I would regularly visit Vivo and gawk at the Magna.
I finally ordered some a month ago when my 5yo need some new shoes and they arrived yesterday along with some Deacon lows for everyday street wear.
Holy bananas and cold brew coffee batman! These Magnas are the best thing I've put on my footsies. My running gaiters cover the wool portion so I will be good to go for mountain time. These are awesome and I will probably order a pair in each color.
I curse you
That should be songs of praise and jubilation with his next dog named after me!He's going to buy some magnas

Sorry. As soon as I posted that, I thought "that was terse and rude" and *thought* I had edited it to infuse some humor and sarcasm. But stupid work got in the way.Porque?
Totally. How do you pronounce it, so I can practice calling my next dog. Do I yell out "Sand Man One One!", or "Sand Man Eleven!"? or something else? That should be songs of praise and jubilation with his next dog named after me!
I do have a better discount code that I might be willing to share with a few folks.
