I have a Mathews Vertix Now and Looking to upgrade to the Lift X 29.5. I shot the new Lift X and it did not seem to shoot any better than my vertix.... I Love that the Lift X is Lighter and Intergrations and easy Tuneability is better but I'm looking for a lighter Mathews Bow. Maybe I have already answered my own ? lol. Maybe get some different opinions on Vertix vs Lift X 29.5.

If you shot both side by side and didn’t think there was much difference, you answered the question. Now, if you want a new bow with some new technology, pull the trigger.

I don’t think you could shoot those two bows side by side and not instantly realize the differences between the two.
LMAO Well other than one is lighter than the other and the Vertix is Faster..... Sorry Buddy your mind is playing trix on you if you think that there that far apart from each other.

I’ve had both Vertix is a great bow. I do feel the weight of the lift and the tunability is an upgrade. It’s up to you if you’re ready to upgrade. I don’t think for me one shot better than the other.

No. Not at all. The speed is insignificant. The major difference is not only weight but the Lift is NOWHERE NEAR as top heavy as the Vertix. That to me would be reason alone to buy.

Seems to me the whole weight stack on the back bar for a hunting bow trend kicked into high gear with the Halon series. Halon, Halon 32, Triax, Vertix, VXR, were ridiculously top heavy. The difference is significant even between the Traverse and Lift 33.

But, I actually shoot the bows so whatever…buddy.

For one, according to ibo ratings, the vertix is not faster. 343 vs 348. Secondly, you clearly already have your mind made up. Stick w your Vertix and be happy w it
