Value Tripod?

Looking for a value tripod for my moms Christmas present. Doesn't need to be fancy, just functional for her 65mm spotter she uses for birding.

Mostly use it for sitting, but able to do standing would be nice. Since she is short even a 60" tripod is a standing tripod for her.

Recommendations?

I’ve had good luck with Innorel and a SmallRig head.

Also wouldn’t hesitate to call @gr8fuldoug.
