Of the 12 field points I bought only 4 will screw into the sleeve. I know they have tight tolerances but this doesn’t seem right. Anyone had this happen? If the field points are like this are the BH ‘s the same way

Some of mine were very tight. I remember using a wrench for some of them.

Being mine are the aluminum sleeves I am not sure I would want to do that. I don’t want to mess up the threads trying to force the field point on. Then not work when I replace them with BH

I ordered the aluminum sleeves, 180 grain field points and jagger 180 grain all this came in just the other day. I built six arrows and everything went together perfectly. The field points and broadheads are very snug but I didn’t struggle, for sure I didn’t need to use tools.

I would call Brent I am sure he will make it right

Yep, last night i sent them an email about it. I am all for great tolerences where it may be stiff, but i don't want to mess up the threading of my sleeves for when I want to start shooting the BH's.

Try a little silicone grease. Never had an issue with mine.

I talked to Brent, i am going to clean out the sleeves tonight with acetone and scrub the threads on the field tips with brass brush and a little CLP and wipe it down and try again. other than this issue this system to me seems like a solid system and excited to try it out this year.
