Just a heads up on the mini sabres I’ve had no issue fletching them with a bitz and slight helical (2-2.5 can’t remmeber). I think the AAE jigs put too much helical on them to work well.

Process goes Vane-> Primer pen -> aae max glue -> bitz -> firmly hold 20ish seconds -> dry -> tip and tail them.

Multiple pull throughs on foam targets with zero delamination. Like I said figure you got it down by now but wanted to mention for anyone else experiencing adhesion issues with the DCA mini / super sabres.

Thanks! Yeah I have them sticking good now. I use the Aae primer pen then wipe the base 3-4 times with a paper towel then apply a very thin line of maxi cure and hold in the bitz at 2-2.5 degrees helical for 20 or so seconds then tip and tail.
