UTV windshield choices

I’ve got an older Kubota RTV900 that came with a homemade acrylic UTV windshield, and it’s about done for—cracked, rattling, scratched, and foggy. Definitely time to replace it.
I’m thinking about hardened Lexan UTV windshield and trying to decide if the coated version is worth the extra cost compared to uncoated. Also looking for opinions on vent options: no vents at all, bottom slotted vents with a sliding cover, or a flip-up lower section.
Anyone with experience on these setups?
Thanks

I have a non coated version on my Honda and it definitely has a lot of swirls in it. It cleans up ok and is usable but I think coated is the way to go.
If you’re running in the summer/dust you definitely want vents or you’re going to fill the cab with dust. I’d go for the option with most airflow, sounds like the tip out option would be best.

Dang hard to beat glass. I put a glass windshield on my Kawasaki and love it. Carry a small squeegee in glove compartment. Cleans up like my truck with no scratching.
