I was completing my Utah application for 2017 and it didnt make me buy a hunting license because my current one expires on 3/1. Do I need to buy another one because theyll reject my application or will it go through without it?

Thanks!

No, you can get 2 years on one license if you time your purchase right. For you non-residents, buy your license a couple weeks after the application period starts and your license will still be valid the following year when it starts again.

I assume if I draw a tag Ill have to buy one? Or could that reject a tag?

It won't reject the tag, you'll just have to buy a new one to be current for when you hunt if you do draw this year.

You do NOT have to have a new license to hunt
