Most of the anti comments make reference to "refuges" as being a place that no hunting, or fishing, takes place. Just goes to show their opinion is purely emotional as the have no idea what they are even opposing.

Thanks for the heads up, I’ll post some comments when I get to my computer. I hunted the Sheldon Refuge for Antelope a few years ago and had a great hunt.

Done. Crazy how many opposed did not even read the proposed rule which clearly states that hunting and fishing is already open on many of these locations as they clearly don’t understand this point.
