Update for suppressor wait times

Form 1s are less then 30 days. I wouldn't go with the solvent trap company I would piece it together from different companies. I've built 3 so far. A 22lr. A 30cal and a 9mm.

I put in 3 F4s in the last 30 days. I think that a lot of the delay in the "bought" to "cashed" window is on the user/dealer.

I had a can I ordered sitting at the dealer from May 6th but I didn't find out it was there until the 21st.

All of my checks are cashing within a few days of forms being mailed

Go with another dealer
I just bought a suppressor through silencer shop and they offer a "single shot trust" basically its run as an individual form 4 and you add additional trustees after its approved.
Saves a ton of time from what I've heard.
Maybe check them out, they have a lot of dealers here in ID so the transfer is free, super easy digital application process as well

Mine was roughly 7 months from Form 4 mailing to the dealer getting receiving tax stamp.

If anybody wants to go the form 1 route I just got one approved in 17 days from when I submitted the Efile.

Suppressor purchased from Silencer Shop on 11/28. Check cashed 12/29. Just got the call today 8/11 that it is ready for pickup. This was with the Single Shot Trust

I've done five and none have taken longer than 6 months from the date my check was cashed. All individual on a trust.

Just had a stamp come through after a shade less than 8 months (LLC). First one was a shade over a year. Did the hullabaloo myself the first time around, used Silencer Shop for the second, FWIW.
