I’m pretty sure you said this jokingly but I have never picked up a rifle that felt cheaper than a Tikka. I just can’t. My savage axis feels more sturdily built

I was not joking….when they were $500 they were a great deal. Now that they are double that they are super over rated. Guys buy them, replace the stock, trigger and barrel and act like they are a gift from god. You are into it now $3k.

Shooting coyotes anytime other than during offspring season and saying it’s to save deer is a cop out that doesn’t have any scientific backing. Even during offspring season, I’m extremely skeptical that they’re doing that much damage.

Selling sheds for profit should be illegal. Against the NAMWC in my opinion, just because it fell off their head doesn’t mean you’re not profiting off wildlife.

Mountain lion predation is the least of concerns when it comes to bighorn sheep populations.

Bighorn sheep are the easiest game animal to kill in North America.

My Christensen Mesa shoots lights out so I don’t care about sample size 😂

“Hunters are very ethical and trying to get their food in a sustainable way.” I came from bro hunting culture, it ain’t the case for many “hunters”

Montanas deer populations are fine…sarcasm…. I’m from NM so I’m used to way less deer than this and I’m like a hog in a slop pit

Ohh and one more. Wildlife GPS locations from the agencies should only be accessible to the public during times outside the hunting season. The fact that it is public info and in many cases has 0 time lag is absolute garbage and really takes all the fun/difficulty out of exploration

And yet some don’t and still shoot small groups.

Stocks and such are typically more of a choice than necessity
