Unknown suppressors OG testing

See thats where we differ , I DO care what a silencer sounds like to my ears . I’ll bet you $100 unknown won’t show up to the tbac summit next year with an Original OG …

We wanted to send our suppressors to the TBAC silencer summit this year but our company was too new for them to do it. Understandably. If every new company sent a suppressor there they would be doing testing for a month straight. That said, we are planning on sending any can they will take for the 2026 summit.

So knock $100 off the refund they offered you if they follow through as noted?

Thank you for doing this. Out of curiosity, was the 6.5 CM test on the UL7 done with a .30 caliber end cap or with a 6.5mm end cap?

30cal. The UL7 is just for a control, however 6.5 or 30cal doesn’t measurably change the dBA.

I would expect a bit higher, 1-2 dBA SE with any can, but until I measure it I do not know.

The Ultra 5 is generally 135-136 dBA SE. However, it sharp, cracky and nasty as any can made.

The cans I really want to see Form test are the AB cans. They don’t have any published data I have seen.
